This audiophile graded USB 3.0 PCIE card is based on NEC NEC uPD720202 chip.  It is an upgraded card from a generic USB 3.0 PCIE card by adapting a elaborately design power/clock board.  The adapting board includes high quality linear regulators, high quality ripple capacitors and a high accurate SC-cut OCXO oscillator.    The installed OCXO is a very low jitter and stable OCXO dedicated for feeding the accurate clock for the USB chips. 

All of core chips in the generic board are then powered by the clean linear power supply and clocked by the very high accurate and stable OCXO oscillator.  High quality pure silver wires are used to connect the adaptation board and the generic USB 3.0 PCIE card.
